This is my second not liked airplane I built for Xplane10. It is very difficult to achieve a good result of a product when someone love so much that product. The changes of it will be a lot, and that is what happened to this plane.
Austin was changing his airplane. He was constructing a Lancair Evolution, and he wanted to be reflected in Xplane. From the first moment I didn't like the task. I never liked this plane. It is like an stork when the landing gear are out, and the rounded windows are awful IMHO. It remembers me the Virgin Galactic a design that I also do not like so much.
At the end those details matters and when I am not in love with a plane, the result cannot be achieved as good as it should be. I think if I would make the 3Dcockpit of it (never was told to do it), then the appearance of it would be better... because I never stand those blue none transparent windows. But believe me I put the same energy as other planes to have the best result. But when someone don't love you, it is better to go other way...
